About Tokyoyaki

Taiyaki is a Japanese cake shaped like a fish. Ours is a soft, fluffy donut in that shape.

The name is 東京焼き, said Tōkyō-yaki. Tōkyō is Tokyo, and yaki means grilled or cooked.
